Can we provide our own catering?

Yes as long as the caterers you wish to use have
either been before or have a site visit
before the wedding.

What is the minimum and maximum occupancy?

The hire of the hall is the same price whether you
have 10 guests or 200 excluding catering costs.
For a sit down reception the max number is 240,
for an evening reception its 350.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No but we are happy to provide costings for any
requests.

Can we bring in our own entertainment?

Yes, our Ballroom will accommodate most
entertainers, it is better if they have a site visit
before the big day so that we can organise any
technical requirements.

Is this a private facility?

Yes.

Can we use the balcony the Queen was on?

Yes of course and you can even have your
photograph taken there!!

When do I need to pay?

A non- refundable deposit of £200 is required at the
time of booking. The remaining balance becomes due
6 weeks before.If you wish to pay by instalments
please discuss this with our Wedding Team.
